Issam combines a strong project delivery focus with a distinct ability to provide senior management with the flexibility to test, challenge and implement new systems and procedures. Issam’s focus is on the pre-construction design, planning and procurement to ensure the team is in the best position to complete the successful delivery of projects.
In his role as Director, Issam is primarily responsible for the strategic management of current projects. Specific roles include the management of project teams, project resourcing, upper level client and consultant liaison, supervision and support of project managers, review of Project Status Reports to ensure Progress Claims are submitted on time, ensuring general compliance of company policy and procedures by construction staff; monitoring industry developments and updating company policy and procedures; upper level dispute resolution, management of company industrial relations, and pre-contract design and buildability input into tenders.
A graduate of Sydney University, Peter is a practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia, enjoying rights of audience in all federal jurisdictions. He has been involved in a large range of corporate and commercial work including construction, litigation, and property. Finalist in Deal Maker of the Year & Commercial Partner of the Year in the Australian category of the Lawyers Weekly awards in 2019, Peter currently sits on the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries, representing NSW.
With over 40 years’ experience in the building industry, Bill has managed various Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Hospitality and Government projects with a strong focus on design, developing project teams, programming and planning, construction planning methodologies, quality, and safety to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Bill began his career as an apprentice carpenter / joiner, sub-contract carpenter, leading hand carpenter with Girvan NSW and Mirvac. On completion of his Building Supervision, Bill worked as a contract builder on residential projects throughout the Northern Beaches and Central Coast, before moving into construction with Maincon Pty Ltd as a foreman progressing through to Site Management, WHSE Manager and Operations Manager.
Prior to joining Kuatro Build Bill was the Project Manager of the Lennox in Parramatta. As the Construction Manager, Bill now assists with overseeing all Project.
Head of Design and Quality
Tony combines a strong project delivery focus with a distinct ability to provide senior management with the flexibility to test, challenge and implement practicality, and value to design outcomes. Tony’s focus is on design, planning and value management to ensure the team is in the best position to complete the successful delivery of projects. Tony has 40 years’ experience in the consultancy, development and construction sectors, over many industry sectors.
In his role as Head of design and quality, Tony is primarily responsible for the design management of current projects. Specific roles include the early design value management, assisting project teams, and in-house feasibility, client and consultant liaison, supervision and support of project engineers, review of Project Design Status Reports to ensure design matters are dealt and actioned, ensuring general compliance of company policy and procedures by construction staff; monitoring industry developments and updating company policy and procedures and pre-contract design and buildability input into tenders.
Michael has been in the building industry since 1983. Initially starting out working for Citra Constructions onsite on the Australia Post Mail Centre, Turrella, then was asked to do a stint in the office helping out in Estimating and then moving to Canberra where he worked on the construction of Parliament House in the mid 80’s. But realising his passion lay in Estimating, he came back to Sydney and started working in the Estimating Department of Amacon. A few years later moving to Turner Corporation, then Transfield and then in the mid 90’s to St Hilliers. Then years later to Watpac and then Icon where he remained for 8 years.
Michael enjoys the interaction with subcontractors and suppliers to get the best result possible.
Michael also holds a Builders License and has done numerous courses in Development and Estimating.
Nelson has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years, with 14 of those years spent specialising in work health and safety. He is a highly qualified professional with an extensive knowledge of work health and safety laws, standards, and codes of practice, and their practical application.
His extensive and diverse background in work health and safety management includes putting individual site safety plans, corporate policies, and safety management systems into practice. With Nelsons knowledge and experience, he also provides the relevant information, advice and assistance to management, staff and contractors on work health and safety, while building capability and ownership of personal and workplace safety.
My excellent communication and interpersonal skills, training and experience enable me to develop and maintain professional collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with company management, clients, site staff and contractors, as well as representatives from regulators, unions and government agencies in both routine and challenging situations.
With experience across various sectors in construction, Joseph’s extensive commercial backgrounds spans over 20 years.
Joseph commenced his career in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and then as a contracts Administrator working his way into the role of Head of Commercial and Risk. His strengths are in procurement and reporting which has been instrumental to the success of the projects he’s been a part of.
As Head of Commercial and Risk, Joseph oversees the contract and financial management over all projects and mentors all Senior and Contracts Administrators, Cadets and Graduates.
Non Executive Director
Starting at Warriewood Valley Real Estate in 2000 as stock and station licensed real estate agent, Sam moved very quickly into property development by 2002. Since then Sam has worked on many of the projects that have shaped the Group’s reputation for quality, value and innovation. His skills and experience have ensured that each project is a howling success as he combines his entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for detail. When most things seems impossible, Sam finds a way to deliver, and does so with flair and professionalism.
