At Kuatro Build, we love to build dynamic projects. We want the best. Highly skilled, well-experienced professionals — and we're willing to remunerate accordingly. The right person is a team player who loves the industry, builds team morale, and mentors our up-and-coming talent. We're looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. If you want to work on challenging projects with a commercial team that knows how to deliver them, we want to hear from you.
Why Kuatro
- Real project exposure — Work across complex D&C and ECI projects, not just standard built form.
- A close team — We run a maximum of four to six active projects at a time, so you’ll have direct involvement, not a seat in a machine.
- A business on the way up — A growing portfolio and the long-term career potential that comes with it.
The opportunity
You’ll work alongside an experienced commercial leadership team, providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration, including but not limited to:
- Cost and head contract management
- Establishing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
- Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades
- Managing progress claims and variations
- Applying a working understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and value-driven delivery
- Cost and project reporting via Jobpac and Payapps — training provided on our systems
What we’re looking for
- Senior construction/building contract and commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration
- Proven ability to lead subcontractor and trade administration on medium to large built form projects
- Industry-relevant degree qualification
- Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations
- A clear, collaborative communicator
- Self-motivated, with the ability to drive outcomes independently
- A strong appreciation for systems and processes
Please note that unsolicited CVs from agencies will not be accepted.
