He has extensive expertise in construction law, commercial advisory, contract negotiation, risk management, and property development.
Throughout his career, Aaron has spent more than a decade delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across NSW and interstate, giving him a practical understanding of the commercial and operational challenges faced by principals, contractors, subcontractors, and developers.
Aaron's unique combination of legal expertise and industry experience enables him to provide commercially focused advice that balances legal risk with project outcomes. In addition to his legal credentials, he is a licensed builder in both NSW and QLD, offering clients practical, solutions-driven advice informed by firsthand industry experience.
Jessie is the Design and Compliance Manager with extensive experience delivering residential and commercial construction projects from design, certification, project management and handover. She has strong expertise in the NSW Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act and plays a key role in ensuring projects achieve compliance while maintaining efficient and practical project outcomes.
Her experience includes design coordination, consultant and client liaison, certification management, and project close-out processes. Jessie works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery, streamline communication, and support successful Occupation Certification and handover outcomes across all stages of construction.
Ryan has extensive experience across residential, hotel, commercial, mixed-use, education, retail and industrial developments throughout New South Wales. He has successfully led estimating and cost planning services on projects ranging from boutique townhouse developments through to large-scale high-rise towers and mixed-use precincts.
With a strong background in construction management and estimating, Ryan specialises in feasibility studies, cost planning, tendering, procurement and value engineering, with a practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery. His experience spans all stages of the pre-construction process, working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to develop accurate budgets, manage project risks and achieve commercially effective outcomes.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales.
With over 20 years in the building industry, Mitch has delivered major residential, commercial, hospitality, education and government projects across New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland, with a strong focus on construction delivery, programming, design management and the leadership of large project teams.
Mitch began his career as a tradesman and progressed through every level of site and project management to territory operational management. That path on the tools and through the field shapes how he runs a job — close to the detail, with a practical read on buildability and risk. His experience spans high-rise residential towers, premium commercial developments, luxury hotels and large mixed-use precincts, including projects with strong sustainability credentials such as 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS rated commercial buildings.
With over 40 years’ experience in the building industry, Bill has managed various Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Hospitality and Government projects with a strong focus on design, developing project teams, programming and planning, construction planning methodologies, quality, and safety to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Bill began his career as an apprentice carpenter / joiner, sub-contract carpenter, leading hand carpenter with Girvan NSW and Mirvac. On completion of his Building Supervision, Bill worked as a contract builder on residential projects throughout the Northern Beaches and Central Coast, before moving into construction with Maincon Pty Ltd as a foreman progressing through to Site Management, WHSE Manager and Operations Manager.
Prior to joining Kuatro Build Bill was the Project Manager of the Lennox in Parramatta. As the Construction Manager, Bill now assists with overseeing all Project.
A graduate of Sydney University, Peter is a practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia, enjoying rights of audience in all federal jurisdictions. He has been involved in a large range of corporate and commercial work including construction, litigation, and property. Finalist in Deal Maker of the Year & Commercial Partner of the Year in the Australian category of the Lawyers Weekly awards in 2019, Peter currently sits on the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries, representing NSW.
Issam combines a strong project delivery focus with a distinct ability to provide senior management with the flexibility to test, challenge and implement new systems and procedures. Issam’s focus is on the pre-construction design, planning and procurement to ensure the team is in the best position to complete the successful delivery of projects.
In his role as Director, Issam is primarily responsible for the strategic management of current projects. Specific roles include the management of project teams, project resourcing, upper level client and consultant liaison, supervision and support of project managers, review of Project Status Reports to ensure Progress Claims are submitted on time, ensuring general compliance of company policy and procedures by construction staff; monitoring industry developments and updating company policy and procedures; upper level dispute resolution, management of company industrial relations, and pre-contract design and buildability input into tenders.
