Project Scope

Design and construction of a new 4-star hotel development at 2 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot, NSW. The project comprises a 12 storey hotel with 144 guest rooms, a ground floor lobby and reception, two levels of above ground car parking, and supporting facilities including a café, bar, lounge, gymnasium and rooftop plant area.

Method Of Delivery

Kuatro has been appointed as the builder for 2 Chalmers Crescent, a new 4 star hotel development in the heart of Mascot, delivered in partnership with our valued client. Designed by Koichi Takada Architects, the hotel has been thoughtfully designed to provide premium accommodation within the Sydney Airport precinct. Working closely with the client and consultant team from the early stages of the project. This collaborative approach, combined with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and buildability, will ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.
