Complete with high level luxury detailed finishes, the project team needed to precured high end sub-contractors and supplies to deliver a project to exceed the expectations of the developer.
CHALLENGES, INNOVATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Due to the regional location of the project several challenges faced the team including subcontractor procurement, supply planning and site setup.The project team has also had to manage a heavy purchaser variation programme whereby more than half of the units have some level of customization. A series of registers hold points and site engineers tracking the changes will ensure the successful delivery of the of the extensive list of purchaser requests.
