Project Scope

The project is made up of 4 work elements being the civil road works, the refurbishment of the facilities building, single level villas and the loft apartment buildings.Due to the nature of the deliverables the project utilises a range of systems and approaches to structure, façade, services and finishes which adds a level of complexity in management.

Method Of Delivery

The project is being delivered under a D&C contract.Enabling works and construction ensuring that design risk and costs are managed at each stage to achieve the client’s development goals.
